Doggie beds aren’t just a “nice extra”—they help our dogs feel safe, reduce stress, protect their joints, and give them a sense of comfort while they wait for their forever homes.
We are incredibly grateful for the Kuranda ShelterBeds program and the Kuranda beds we already have in our kennels. These beds have made a huge difference for our dogs by keeping them off the cold floor and providing durable, easy-to-clean comfort.
Right now, we are just a few beds short of being able to give every dog their own Kuranda bed. If you’re able to help donate or support this program, it would mean so much to us—and even more to the dogs who rely on us every day.

Is this program different from the TNR program? I’ve been on the waiting list for TNR since last year and haven’t heard back. I’m desperately trying to catch about 7-8 tuxedo cats in my neighborhood. I need someone to contact me please. Was told October, then December and haven’t heard back. Thank you so much.
I’ve been on the waiting list since last august. I need help with trapping. I can no longer physically trap and transport by myself. I have spayed and neutered over 50 cats here in a 27 year span. There is several out here once again that need fixed. Mom cat was dumped here last year and had a litter. They are now grown.
I was wondering if maybe you could help me find this sweet little kitty girl a loving home??
We tried before but everyone backed out and she can't keep living alone, we have to get things squared away with my mother in laws home.
Her human Mommy passed away in December and she's been so lonely and desperately needs a loving indoor home since she's never been outside.
Her name is Miss Kitty and she's a beautiful tuxedo cat.
She'll be 3 August 30th, she's been spayed, she did live with 2 small dogs before they found new homes over a year ago, she's not lived with other cats since broken from her mother, she's been around a couple of kids but she's not one of those cats that kids can pick up and sling around, she's litter trained, she just needs to be loved and someone's lap cat. Indoor only!

Sweet Nelson had been missing for a week. This senior guy is deaf and almost blind, and his family was so worried.
Today, a kind gentleman brought him into the shelter, and one of our amazing receptionists recognized him from a Lost & Found post she had seen shared online. Thanks to everyone who shared and helped spread the word, Nelson was reunited with his family today 🐾❤️
To top it off, Nelson also received a microchip so he’ll always find his way home.

Heard it here first folks, Shari was carried in today feeling sick as a dog. 👀 These nice ladies in the clinic couldn’t get their paws on her fast enough, but as soon as they did they got her perked up, vaccinated, and looking her best. Shari has only one request from you guys though, these eyes. They need some veterinary intervention so she can happily see her way into someone’s loving home. You want her to see how happy she makes you, right?.. If you answered no, then why have you even made it this far down the post? Weird.

Hi! My name is Baby, and I am a big love bug. I adore curling up in laps, purring, and cuddling for as long as you’ll let me. I’m affectionate, gentle, and happiest when I’m close to my people.
I do walk a little differently than most cats and can be a bit wobbly on my feet. Sometimes I get around using a modified “army crawl.” I’ve had X-rays, bloodwork, and a thorough veterinary exam, and the conclusion is that I was likely born this way, possibly due to trauma to my spinal cord during the birthing process. The good news is that I am otherwise healthy and have a clean bill of health.
I get around just fine in my own unique way, even if I look a little different doing it. Despite my mobility challenges, I am 100% reliable with using the litter box. I’m also playful and enjoy having fun when the mood strikes.
I would love a calm, loving home where I can feel safe, secure, and cherished for exactly who I am.
